I agree that things should have been kept between EHD and SIG.

That being said, as an admin/board owner on this system for more than seven years. The T.O.U has never outlined posting of any electronic communication (email, PM, or IM) as a violation. Only personal information. This being Name, Phone number, address, picture or IP address.
